Terms & Conditions

01. RESERVATION
All reservation or inquires for all service shown  in this confidential tariffs should be made directly to SUMBA SPIRIT TOUR AND TRAVEL via phone, fax or e-mail  with all maximum description of reservation.

02. VOUCHER
Voucher or exchange rate completely, explanation should be addresses to SUMBA SPIRIT TOUR AND TRAVEL.

03. ACCOMODATION
All accommodation based on standard + VIP Room, AC, Fan and Twin Sharing

04. TRANSFER AND TOUR
Transfer and tour are including meeting service at the airport, seaport, bus station at arrival and departure point. Qualified staff handling with English speaking guide, AC private Coach or Bus all Donation fee, soft drink during the Tour.

05. MEALS
Meals will be serviced at the Local Restaurant, except special tour will be serviced with picnic or Lunch Box.

06. PAYMENT
Payment and Deposit 50% should be made 02 weeks before the guest arrive and 50% will be made after the Guest leaving.

07. CANCELATION
In the Even cancellation Note should be given in writing or facsimile one week before, if not received the cancellation note, will be charge to you 50%.

08. LIABILTY
SUMBA SPIRITS TOUR AND TRAVEL, is act only the capacity of agent hotel. Transportation or other Contract tour on this operation and we shall not be responsible for any loss damage, accident, or change of the schedule cause of arising condition that’s beyond of our control SUMBA SPIRIT TOUR AND TRAVEL, receive the high to change the itinerary with or without notice, If such charge in the best interest of all concurred.
